Joe is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a double major. Joe and his family have been working with Wal-Mart and many other retailers for over 40 years. Joe gained much of his experience growing up in the family distribution business, which gave him the knowledge to understand inventory, forecasting and sales. Since 1998, Joe has been working directly with ad agencies and graphic designers developing brands and successfully launching them in retail and DRTV. More recently, Joe is credited with personally launching one of the very first digital picture frames into the retail market.

Joe has successfully managed a wide variety of brands to Wal-Mart, Sams Club, Costco, Walgreens, CVS, and HEB since 1998 as a representative of numerous top-selling manufacturers in their industry. Joe’s expertise includes creating and delivering presentations, product positioning, brand management, brand development and product analysis.


Gregg graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1991, and completed his Masters in Education from Southwest Texas State University in 1995. Mr. Miller has owned and operated several large companies and is very experienced with adapting to different products and companies models. Gregg has over 15 years of sales experience and is personally responsible for securing major accounts at the company including retailers Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Target, HEB, Walgreens and other National retailers. Mr. Miller assists manufacturers with sales, marketing, product development and overall strategic direction.


John Edgmon is a Graduate of John Brown University with a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Management. He has been a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas growing up just outside of Bentonville, AR; and has had the ability to watch Wal-Mart's development from the small regional retail chain into the retailing giant it is today. John has been working with Wal-Mart both directly and indirectly for the last 13 years. He began his career in the Bentonville, AR store while attending college. In the store, he was promoted to Department Manager over Dry Grocery. From his experiences in the store, John transferred to the Wal-Mart Home Office and became an OTC-Pharmacy Category Assistant for McLane Company. While at McLane Company, John was responsible for forecasting, replenishment, promotional planning, new item creation, store execution, and call center functions for the OTC-Pharmacy products that were distributed and warehoused by McLane Company for Wal-Mart. During his time in this position he was able to hone his replenishment skills, soon after he was promoted to Account Manager for McLane Company. As an Account Manager he was responsible for managing the OTC-Pharmacy business along with the Cigarettes & Tobacco Categories (even becoming the Category Advisor) for Wal-Mart. Since John's departure from Wal-Mart, he has continued working in the Diet & Nutritional category for one of the largest diet supplement manufactures in the nation performing their National Account Sales and analytics functions for the last 6 years.


Krista has spent over 8 years as a report analyst, using Retail Link and other various reporting applications, and is capable of providing a variety of reports for a detailed analysis of how your product is progressing in the market. Krista will work directly with the replenishment team to resolve any issues we may have with in-stocks, shipping, new item set up, etc., to ensure it is addressed and resolved in a timely manner.


Leslie is the newest addition to NDSM, bringing with her over 10 years of administrative and purchasing experience, 6 years of shipping experience and knowledge, while also focusing on invoicing and data input for various retailers.
